At The Lazy Scroll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a family-owned business, we take pride in every handcrafted piece we create, and we're committed to providing exceptional customer service.

If you need to return an item, most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will also cover the cost of return shipping.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in finish and appearance are part of the character of handmade metal art and should be expected.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks after your return is shipped. In many cases, refunds are completed much sooner. This timeframe includes:

  • Transit time for your return to reach us (typically 5 to 10 business days)

  • Processing your return after it arrives (typically 3 to 5 business days)

  • Processing time by your financial institution (typically 5 to 10 business days)

To request a return, simply log in to your account, open your completed order, and select Return Item(s). Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund.

Every Lazy Scroll product is carefully handcrafted and packaged in our Wilmer, Alabama workshop before being shipped to your home.

We ship throughout the United States and to many international destinations. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery dates are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address, the items ordered, and the shipping method you select.

We take great care in packaging every order to help ensure your handcrafted metal artwork arrives safely and ready to enjoy.
